When combining any of the previously listed services (photos, floor plans, Matterport, and video) , take 10% off the total amount as a package discount.

Virtual Staging: $30 per photo

Extra $15 charge for homes over 45 miles away from 02458 (Nonantum Newton MA).

Reshoot (due to home improvements/only if the original photos were shot by us)- $25 - &70 charge (depends on square footage)

Turnaround: Photos will be sent to your preferred email within 12-24 hours, Floor Plans will be sent within 24 hours, unless otherwise discussed.

Reschedule : If rescheduled within an hour of our appointment, there is a $20 charge added to your shoot.

Payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle & Venmo within 24 hours of delivery.

*Floor Plans are approximations, Realtors and buyers should do their due diligence.*

REALTOR REFERRAL PROGRAM: If you have worked with us in the past and you have any colleagues that also require our services, we will apply a 15% off discount to their first package, as well as a 15% discount to YOUR next package!

Upon delivery of listing media, Realtor can use listing media however they would like. VLS may use some photos on this site or social media from time to time.
