Reshoot (due to home improvements/only if the original photos were shot by us)- $25 - &70 charge (depends on square footage)

 

Revisit - If a home is not ready when we arrive and we have to reschedule, there could be an additional charge ranging from $10-$25 (depending on location).

Turnaround: Photos will be sent to your preferred email within 12-24 hours, Floor Plans will be sent within 24 hours, unless otherwise discussed.

 

Reschedule :  If rescheduled within an hour of our appointment, there is a $20 charge added to your shoot.

Payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle & Venmo within 24 hours of delivery.
